As a dance fitness instructor for 28 years, my fitness needs had been met. Now as a woman in my 60’s, I was at a different stage in my fitness needs. My friend introduced me to Ingrid and Pilates. I TRIED it and I LIKED it!  Ingrid is very experienced and is always updating her knowledge with courses. She runs a safe class with a lot of variety; she is encouraging but not demanding.

Four years later I’m even more enthusiastic. Recently I made a wise decision to take a weekly one-on-one session. My core strength has increased and if I have a problem, Ingrid has a special skill to teach me a new stretch or help me realign myself to avoid the problem in the first place.
